We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and presented in its original packaging. Kindly note that all returns must be shipped to 44 Hunter St, Staten Island, NY, US. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Upon receipt of your order, we advise a thorough inspection. Should you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly assess the situation and implement a satisfactory resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain categories of items are exempt from our return policy. Furthermore, returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be accepted. Exchanges
For the most efficient exchange process, we recommend returning the item you currently possess. Once your return is approved, you can then proceed with a separate purchase for the desired new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers are afforded a 14-day cooling-off period, permitting cancellation or return of an order for any reason, without justification. As with our standard 30-day return policy, the item must remain in its received condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and thoroughly inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may require additional time.
