Refund & Return
Returns
- Order Not Yet Shipped
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel at any time and receive a full refund at no cost. - Order Shipped but Unopened
If you receive your item unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return with in 30 days. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund. - Item Opened
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an item has been opened and used. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before opening.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

These can ship as early as next day (if Express Shipping is selected). With standard shipping, wait times can be up to 10 days.
Custom Semi-Permanent:
These take up to 4 weeks to produce but the wait is absolutely worth it. We compensate for the wait time by offering outstanding value.
For example: A Small Custom Semi-Permanent starts at $29.99 USD but it includes 10 x Semi-Permanent tattoo prints. Each tattoo lasts 2 weeks, so you get 5 months worth of your custom tattoo for just $29.99.
